| The FAMILIA REUNION-13 (FR XIII) was conducted last July 21st at Manila Harbour Center. The meet coincides with the participation of Protege Tech at MotorSports Show organized by AutoIndustriya.com. We have four (4) entries representing the 1st Gen, 2nd Gen, Astina and Ford Lynx. What a lineup ? It was a long day but it was worth it as the group is now officially recognized by no less than the media people and some car afficionados in the event. Unfortunately, I was not present during that meet and I failed to witness the award the group got. We were awarded the BEST GROUP SHOWOFF for the event. Congratulations, guys ! We've come a long way this year. Every meet is really full of surprises. So guys, especially those who were absent (including me), don't fail to attend the next meets. Btw, we organized a small bash for those who showed up at Caramba, the Fort. Coincidentally, we were invited to a grand EB by Kotse.Com, another car-related site. A sizable group showed up and Andy represented the group in the impromptu car show.
Till then. Btw, make sure you have completed your info/spec sheet and submitted them to Dexter Nuqui. We need them for the update of our member list. This list would be the basis for our discussion regarding our accreditation with services shops and probably, accessories shops. |
